Registration Fee / Deposit:
Private paid hours – £50.00 registration fee plus £100 deposit to secure the place if required more than 2 months in advance. This £100 will be deducted from your first month’s payment.
These charges are non-refundable if you decide you no longer require the place.
Funded sessions – When booking in advance, a £50.00 deposit is required to secure the place (no registration fee). This is refunded in a timely manner once a child starts with us. Where a child decides to no longer start with us, this is non-refundable.

A full day includes breakfast, lunch, tea, and snacks. A morning includes breakfast, a snack, and lunch. Afternoon sessions include tea and a snack.

As part of the registration process, you and your child will be invited to attend settling in sessions for which there is no charge. When more than one child attends the nursery from the same family a 10% sibling discount will apply to the oldest child. The Nursery closes during the Christmas Holiday period and you will not be charged during this time.
Help with Childcare Costs
Government Funding
Radmoor Nursery is registered to claim Government funding for nine month olds, two, three and four year olds. Where parents / carers are willing to pay the meal and Enrichment costs, these sessions can be offered Monday to Friday, on an all year round basis.
Free Funded Only Sessions
Theses sessions are offered on a Monday and/or Friday. These sessions are reviewed on a termly basis and depending on availability. These are offered on an all year round basis only.
School Term Time Only Users
Retainers: You will be charged a 50% retainer during all school holiday periods. You can book your child in for ‘extra sessions’ during the holiday periods and simply pay the remaining 50% of your daily fee. We follow the advertised Leicestershire County Council Term dates.
Bank Holidays
The Nursery is closed for all Bank Holidays. There is no charge for bank holiday closures.

Payment by whatever method must be made in advance at the beginning of each month (To reach our account no later than the 5th)
